Shipping Policy



Order Processing

All orders are processed on the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

USA & CANADA Shipping Rates

Shipping is free for all orders above $80 within the Canada and USA. For orders using FREE SHIPPING, we use "economy" shipping via USPS, FedEx or UPS.

International customers are responsible for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. These rates are calculated by your country, and fees are calculated based on the original retail value of the products as well as the manufacturing and import countries. In the event that you choose to reject the delivery of your order, you will be responsible for the customs fees and shipping charges from your country to Zibaq. These fees in addition to the cost of two-way international shipping will be deducted from your refund. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number to check the status of your delivery. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Delivery Issues

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customercare@zibaq.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchange requests within 14 days of the purchase date if the item is unused and in its original condition.
